The Original Braughing Sausage Meat - 1 x 1lbs pack
In 1954 Douglas White and his wife Anna made their first Braughing Sausage. It proved to be very popular with the people of Braughing and East Hertfordshire. Since those days the recipe has remained the same and the sausages are still made in the shop using traditional methods.
Unfortunately owing to increased distribution costs and being unable to guarantee the products condition on arrival, we cannot accept orders from overseas, Northern Ireland and Scottish highlands. Please enquire with the office prior to placing an order if there are any questions.
