Thank you for visiting The Braughing Sausage Company website. Trading as D.White Butchers we are a traditional family run butcher's shop based in Braughing, Hertfordshire, renowned for selling high quality meat and the famous Braughing sausage.

Our refurbished shop is just off the A10 north of Puckeridge and we are delighted to welcome visitors.

Apart from sausages we also cure our own bacon on the premises and our friendly experienced butchers can prepare any cut of meat you may require. At Christmas we specialise in turkeys, hampers and a complete range of seasonal products and for the summer season we stock steak, beef, pork and lamb burgers for your barbeque. Add to that spare ribs and free range chicken, there is always something to make your mouth water!
